What it is

• Coaching is about now and the future – what do you want for yourself?
• Professional coaching can focus on aspects of your health, wellbeing, career or be more generally about looking ahead at the life you want for yourself.
• It is biased towards action – I will encourage you to think about your vision and identify things you can do to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
